Automatic sequential feeder for spreading single-ply line

The machine consists of a static stand and a cradle turret for unwinding fabric directly onto a cutting unit. The turret, with sophisticated mechanics and an encoder unit, ensures high quality even with light fabrics and irregular edges, with adjustable unwinding speed and automatic alignment by infrared photocells. An electronic device enables tension-free spreading of the fabric. The horizontal cutting unit, controlled by PLC, allows setting and programming the lengths of fabric to be cut, making the machine also suitable for cutting fabric tailored to size. The capacity of the machine is 150 kg with a diameter of 50 cm.
