IMA: A NEW ERA HAS JUST BEGUN!
Dear Customers and Collaborators,
following to the latest provisions on measures to contain the contagion from Covid19 that the Italian Government has launched in the last few days, we are sorry to inform you that from 26.03.20 to 03.04.2020 we are forced to completely close our activity as it is considered “non-essential productive activity”.
Obviously we will continue, through smart working, to guarantee the essential assistance activities as well as requests for offers, but we will not be able to proceed with the shipment of spare parts or machinery during this period, except to the Italian customers who have converted their own business and started producing medical masks and clothing to face this terrible emergency.
It is actually 7 working days, it is not a long period, we will all be able to resist and stay at home to allow to all of us to resume all our activities soon in complete safety conditions and continue to support you.
In the meantime, we inform you that we are still working hard for you, to be ready with new projects for the new challenges of the market as soon as this bad period will be passed.

we want to inform you that, despite the emergency situation that is affecting our Country and not only, IMA is still open and operational through smart working, remote connection, videoconferencing service via Skype and obviously taking all those precautionary measures that we are required to follow at this very difficult moment.

We confirm that goods and spare parts delivery is still free and granted, maybe just some slowdown can happen and therefore we ask you in case of delay to try to understand the situation that does not depend in any way on us and on IMA. Our sales/commercial office is operating as usual to carry out the commercial secretarial work and to reply to your requests.
Unfortunately, however, the situation is constantly evolving and it’s very difficult to predict what will happen tomorrow, therefore we will keep you informed day by day and we confirm that we will still try to grant you the best possible service compatibly with the impositions of our Government.
