Spreading of checks and stripes fabrics

Special table for spreading of checks and stripes fabrics, made of metallic structure oven varnished. The top is white bi-laminated, 30 mm.
thick, with a special 10×10 grid of holes where the pins are positioned and inserted into the fabric to perfectly align checks and stripes fabrics (weft and warp).

The pins are specially made not to damage the fabric fibers and are manually placed into the holes [A] of the grid. As the lay becomes thicker the mobile platform [B], on which they are positioned, is lifted by motorized system changing pins projection from the upper platform [C] in proportion to the thickness of the lay to spread.
