808.10 version is equipped with self-feeding system, IMA patented, with double platforms for loading and unloading with sequence up to 8 rolls

The lower platform is used as preloading area for the rolls which are automatically loaded in their spreading sequence on the machine. The capacity of preloading platform varies according to roll diameter, in anycase the system can receive up to 6/8 rolls at once. As optional preloading platform can be supplied conveyorized and 2 mt long for cloth rolls automatic feeding.
it’s also available, as optional, the double loading platform which allows, at same space conditions, the storage of a bigger quantity of cloth rolls, granting an higher independence of the spreading line (in this case max roll diameter is 20 cm).
The upper platform is fixed, but inclined to feed the rolls coming out from the spreader.
