Automatic continuous feeder for single-ply line

The automatic continuous unwinding unit is designed to feed a single sheet directly to the matching automatic cutter. It consists of a static stand and a cradle turret equipped with sophisticated mechanics and an encoder unit to ensure high quality even with light fabrics and uneven edges, with an adjustable unwinding speed and automatic alignment via infrared photocells. The turret is ergonomic and adjustable in height, thus facilitating loading and alignment with automatic cutting. The synchronization of the cloth is done with the conveyor motion of automatic cutting. The capacity of the machine is 150 kg with a diameter of 50 cm.
